With the completion of their new honey processing plant, they will be using stainless steel equipment which is superior technologically to small producers. At this time, they sell their honey products, unprocessed, to MielMex who processes and bottles the honey. As of this time, in their arrangement with MielMex, they make 80 toneladas of honey each season, but this varies on the climate. With the new factory, they will be able to make 100–120 toneladas and not have to rely on the middleman. They will go direct to market. Although at this time, they do not have anyone managing this aspect. Thus, this corporate identity/visual systems project is the first step in allowing them to realize their objectives of reaching the European market.
